Update

Just wanted to let everyone know that yesterday the house next door to us "his house" has obviously been bought as the for sale sign is no longer out in the yard and we have noticed a lot of activity in the past week or so. Hopefully it will be a good thing although it will still be difficult for us to see anyone over there in that house.
